The 24 Hour Play Festival was a whole lot of fun. Thanks to everyone who came out and supported us!

Rehearsals for the 24 Hour Play Festival are underway! Come down tonight to see 3 original ten minute plays all written, directed, and performed by SAC students. Show starts at 7:30 in the Sac Mainspace, 1415 N. Main Ave.

The schedule for the 24 Hour Play Festival is as follows



May 2nd:

3:30pm Meet in McAllister lobby, have the playwrights select the inspiration, actors and directors with hats

May 4th:

- Playwrights have until 10:00am to write the script

- Each group should choose their own location to meet up and rehearse in

10:00am-2:00pm Initial Rehearsal

- Each play gets 1 hour of rehearsal in the main space

2:00pm-3:00pm Play 1 rehearse in Mainspace

3:00pm-4:00pm Play 2 rehearse in Mainspace

4:00pm-5:00pm Play 3 rehearse in Mainspace

5:00pm-6:00pm Tech/ Run through

7:30pm Show Time

Attention, anyone going to see the Book of Mormon with us on Tuesday! We will be meeting up at SAC at 6:30pm and car pool over to the Majestic at 6:45pm. If you want to meet us there that’s fine as well we should be at the theater at 7pm. Who’s ready?!?! 😎

The Alamo Colleges District now offers students a Summer Momentum Plan that saves eligible students time and money. The plan allows students who earn 18-24 credit hours in the Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 semesters to get three to six FREE credit hours in the Summer 2018 semester.

Ladies and gents the improw workshop was a success! Thanks again to Alamo City Improv for putting it together.

Don’t forget, we have an improv workshop with Alamo City Improv today at the Mainspace at 3:30. We’ll meet up in the lounge at 3 for anyone who doesn’t know how to get there.
