Physiology of Arousal:
https://www.facebook.com/share/p/18g4ETu7R7/?mibextid=wwXIfr
What happens during arousal? The body launches a coordinated sequence:
- Increased blood flow to the cl****is, v***a, and va**na
- Engorgement and heightened sensitivity
- Increased lubrication
- Nitric oxide release, relaxing blood vessels
- Pelvic floor engagement
- Brain-body alignment that moves you toward pleasure and or**sm
If any step is disrupted, the entire experience can shift. Arousal isn't personal, it’s biological.
