It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of SACS alumnus, Connor Kohutek (‘10).

Connor lived with a kind heart and adventurous spirit. He loved deeply, laughed often, and left behind countless memories for those who knew him. We take comfort knowing he is now home in Heaven with his Savior.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Kohutek family during this time.

This weekend, we had the privilege of welcoming back several of the families whose vision and sacrifice made the Redland Road campus a reality 25 years ago. It was a beautiful evening celebrating their faithfulness and seeing how the mission they set in motion continues to thrive today. We are profoundly grateful to stand on the legacy they built and to carry it forward for future generations.

The SACS community showed up in a beautiful way to honor Coach Shuck’s life and legacy. Generations of players he coached over the years took the field he loved and played their hearts out in his memory. The morning was filled with gratitude for the countless ways he poured into the SACS softball program and the lives of everyone he coached.

Do you remember the Christmas Craft fair? They still do it! Now it is called Christmas on Mane Street, and 2,000 people attend. If you would like to host a booth we would love to have our alumni there. Here is the link to apply:

Over homecoming weekend, we celebrated Rusty Sugg and his time spent at SACS. It was a special lunch where alumni from the last thirty years gathered to honor Rusty's service to the SACS community. Mr. Sugg thank you for all you have done for the SACS family and enjoy your retirement!

Homecoming weekend brought back our classes of 2015 for their 10-year reunion and the class of 2005 for their 20-year reunion! We loved having you all on campus! Let's not wait another 10 years to see each other again!
