Our research team studies the effects of gadolinium-based contrast agents on health:’nephrogenic’ systemic fibrosis, gadolinium retention/deposition.

The Clinical Nephrology Fellowship at the UT Health San Antonio is a large two-year program. We are combined with the United States Air Force, and accept five (civilian) fellows each year.
