We will be hosting an open mat every Friday at 6:30pm.

It is an open training format that will consist of BJJ GI and NO GI. Also, MMA and Muay Thai. You are responsible for bringing your own protective gear.

Students from other gyms are welcome, but there will be a $5 mat fee.

If you are coming from another gym. I have a strict set of rules:

1. You are not here to "win" anything. This isn't a competition, so leave your ego and attitude at home.

2. Be respectful to everyone and the gym.

3. Wear sandals off the mats and clean up after yourself. Don't leave water bottles lying around.

4. Have fun. This event is meant to be a healthy and safe training environment. Accidents happen, but if anyone is maliciously trying to hurt someone else. They will be banned from my gym.

5. If you are sick, stay away. If you have any type of open wound, cover it up. If you have a staph infection, do not come to my gym. My students know that's a permanent ban for them as well.

6. Waivers are required, so if you are under 18, you will need a parent to sign for you.

We are flexible. There is are no penalties for being late or missing days.

As always, we don't charge start-up fees.

The cost of each module is $100 for the first person and $50 for each additional child.
