I read this today from a Christian educator about the hidden curriculum in our schools:
What if the most important lessons children learn aren't found in a curriculum guide?

Research continues to affirm what Scripture has taught for generations: the everyday interactions between children and caring adults shape emotional health, cognitive growth, resilience, and future well-being. Every smile, conversation, and moment of connection communicates something powerful.

Healthy relationships aren't an addition to education. They are the foundation of it.

Our school family is like an extended family.
One of our recent graduates started high school this week. An older student asked the freshman if she needed any help. The freshman recognized the older girl as an older sister of a third grader at our school that the freshman had helped in carline and other spots last year. The freshman thought it was neat that this older girl was helping her, but just last year the freshman was at NWHCS helping the older student's little brother!!

God has blessed our enrollment and we have closed registration for all classes!

We technically have a little room in some classes, but we will want to take those situations individually. So this is a huge blessing!

Amelia participated in the White House reading Challenge, and she won a prize! Oh yeah!!
