Some students may notice a NSLDS Transfer Monitoring on their account. This is a required federal compliance process, and you do not need to do anything.

✅ You do not need to contact One Stop.
✅ The Transfer Monitoring hold will remain on your account through Friday and will be automatically removed this weekend before financial aid disburses.

For most students, this temporary hold will not affect your Fall 2026 financial aid eligibility.

Heads up, ‘Runners! Due to a staff meeting tomorrow, July 17, we will be opening at 10:30 a.m. CT.

Due to continued severe weather, flooding and anticipated additional rainfall across the San Antonio area, we will not offer in-person services on today, July 16. Phone and email support will remain available during normal business hours.

JULY 16 REMINDER: Due to ongoing heavy rains and flooding, all classes and research activities will be held remotely today. Additionally, Orientation is cancelled and all summer camps are cancelled, with the exception of Cheer Camp, which will be held indoors.

Essential personnel should report to campus today as scheduled if it is safe to drive. All other employees should work remotely. Employees with questions or special situations should contact their supervisors for guidance.

If you must be on the road, please use extreme caution. Do not drive through flooded roadways or high water and follow guidance from local emergency officials.
