A heartfelt thank you to our Parent Council Chairs, Whitney and Lauren, for their two years of dedicated service to the St. Luke’s community 💙❤️

Through their leadership, care, and countless hours of hard work, they helped create meaningful moments for our families through events like Fall Family Fling, Rodeo Breakfast, and Fiesta Breakfast, while also keeping our community connected and informed through class captains and parent communication.

Their partnership, generosity, and commitment to strengthening the relationship between school and families have made a lasting impact on our Hilltop community. We are so grateful for all they have done for St. Luke’s!

A glimpse into what’s ahead! On Monday, we welcomed our rising 5th graders for Middle School Preview Day, an exciting first step into their next chapter at St. Luke’s.

From chapel and morning announcements to rotating through classes and connecting with current 5th graders, students experienced the rhythm, energy, and community that define Middle School.

It was a morning full of curiosity, confidence-building, and connection—and we can’t wait to watch the St. Luke's Class of 2030 step into this next stage of their journey.

As Fiesta season comes to a close, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to our St. Luke’s dads who serve as members of the Texas Cavaliers 🎉

We are proud of the many fathers in our community who help carry on this treasured San Antonio tradition through their service, leadership, and commitment to giving back. Their dedication reflects the same spirit of community we value here on the Hilltop ❤️💙

Sophie ’26 was presented with her Capers and Elliott Scholarship pin at the St. Mary’s Hall Scholarship Luncheon by her brother, Dante ’23, who received the same honor during his own eighth-grade year at St. Luke's!

A proud sibling moment and a beautiful reflection of excellence, legacy, and the bright future ahead. We are so proud of Sophie! 💙❤️

Earth Day Recycled!

Our campus was full of creativity, discovery, and hands-on learning as students celebrated the beauty of God’s creation and the importance of caring for our world on Earth Day last week 🌎

From recycling relay races and nature bracelets to collaborative art projects and lessons on ways we can help the Earth, our Lower School students spent the day exploring how even small actions can make a big difference. Pre-K students created instruments from reused materials, while Kindergarten and 2nd grade designed colorful “eARThworks” inspired by our planet.

The excitement continued with our 4th Grade Force & Motion Carnival, where students showcased science concepts through engaging activities and interactive learning.

A wonderful reminder that caring for the Earth starts with all of us!

Oh, how EGGciting! 🐣✨

Our eggs are hatching, and our students have had a front-row seat to the wonder of new life as our chicks have pipped their way into the world!

What an unforgettable “eggs”perience for our students to witness the circle of life unfold right before their eyes. Hands-on learning at its sweetest!

Our PK3-4th Grade students had a wheel-y great time at Bike Rodeo on Friday! 🚴‍♀️

From an equipment check to practicing safety skills to building confidence on two (or four 😊) wheels, we had a fun morning teaching motor and life skills!

And a special shoutout to our 4th graders for being leaders on the course, before taking their turn! They guided students through obstacles, delivered snacks, and cheered on their younger friends.

Avery brought the sanctuary to tears last week as she deliverd the final 8th Grade Chapel Talk.

Reflecting on the power of empathy, Avery shared how her nine years at St. Luke’s have taught her to understand, support, and celebrate the experiences of others. Through heartfelt stories of family, friendships, chapel buddies, and personal loss, she reminded us that empathy is often found in the quiet moments—listening, showing up, and sharing in both sorrow and joy.

Her words beautifully honored the classmates who walked beside her and the community that helped shape her journey from Kindergarten to 8th grade. It was a moving and fitting close to this year’s Chapel Talks.

We are so proud of Avery for sharing her story with courage, wisdom, and heart. What a beautiful way to send off the Class of 2026 ❤️💙
