We are honored to serve the West, Northwest and Southwest areas of San Antonio, as well as our military families in the Lackland Air Force Base area. Throughout the year, field trips and on-site events allow children hands-on opportunity to see how God has a place in every aspect of life. After consulting with the National Weather Service and local emergency officials to ensure the safety of our students, staff, and families, Northside ISD is canceling classes for Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

The cancellation or rescheduling of other district events will be announced as decisions are made.

As a result of accumulated instructional minutes, NISD does not anticipate needing to make up this cancelled school day.

We anticipate returning to a regular schedule on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, but will continue to monitor weather conditions closely and alert you via our regular communication channels if this changes.
