First Steps Montessori Learning Center is hiring!
This is a unique opportunity to help guide our toddlers in a beautiful Christian Montessori center located on the campus of Adult and Teen Challenge. First Steps Montessori Learning Center is non profit and serves the local community.
This is a year round program. The position is full time.
Requirements:
-High School diploma or equivalent
-2 year college degree
-At least two years working experience in a preschool, preferably in a Montessori environment
-CPR certification and any other health requirements as required by Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services (TDPRS) for licensing and certification
-Demonstrated competence in written and oral communication
The ideal candidate will:
-have a passion for working with toddlers
-desire an environment that helps children develop foundational skills that they will carry on and build upon for the rest of their lives.
-be looking for individual growth through ongoing professional and spiritual development, individualized mentorship and a supportive network of peers.
Whether you are a trained Montessorian with a lifetime of experience or you’ve just discovered it, we want to hear from you!
