Our Training Managers spent last week at the Farm Fresh Culinary Workshop, hosted by the Texas Department of Agriculture and the The Culinary Institute of America San Antonio.
They joined school nutrition professionals from across Texas to sharpen their culinary skills, explore fresh local ingredients, and deepen the nutritional knowledge that supports both our students and our future managers.
We are incredibly proud of our team for always seeking new ways to grow, innovate, and elevate the meals we serve in NEISD schools.
