🚨 A Historic Milestone in Safety Training 🚨

Today, Bexar Safety Training & Consulting had the honor of delivering a specially tailored NIMS ICS 100 training course to the exceptional team at Avanzar Manufacturing in San Antonio, TX.

This wasn’t just any training—it was the FIRST ICS 100 course ever conducted for a Toyota manufacturer in North America, setting a new standard for safety and emergency preparedness in the private sector.

Led by our decorated Master Instructor, Retired Chief Edwin Baker, the course focused on building a solid foundation in the Incident Command System (ICS) while addressing the unique challenges of industrial operations. The active participation and enthusiasm from Avanzar’s leadership and team were truly inspiring.

We are proud to partner with Avanzar, a company integral to producing manufacturing solutions for Toyota vehicles, and we look forward to continuing this collaboration to ensure excellence in safety and preparedness.
