This Summer hasn’t been the most Summery in my opinion, but I want to take a moment to say if you’re going through something and no one knows about it, I wish you healing.
If you’re trying and life seems to be in a trial and error state, I wish you healing.
If you’ve been sick or know someone who is, I wish you all healing.
Even if everything in your life is fine and dandy, I wish you and your loved ones all the healing from your head, to your heart, to your toes 💙

It feels so good to get back to the grind & into the gym again! When quarantine started & everything closed, I decided to cancel the gym membership and see what just doing yoga would do for me & my body. One year later & x amount of weight gained, I knew I could not continue this route. It’s been 2 weeks of consistency and I’m staying committed, dedicated, and feeling pumped! I’d also like to say there is nothing wrong with not liking something about your appearance. Always love yourself & accept that the discomfort you’re feeling might be the push you need to get your inner glow to shine through. It’s not all about looks, it’s about your health remember that. Health is wealth.

Time goes by ever so slowly in Plank. Shoot for 30 seconds! I do 3 sets of 30 seconds during my ab circuit & this was my final one. Lmk in the comments if you’d like to see more of the workouts I do or if you have any workouts that you love! I’d love to try them out :)

Finally got to share space w and let me tell you it was so worth the wait, but also it was awesome to be able to pick up where we left off & just share sm w each other. going uuuupp! Wheel pose is usually one of the poses I have a love/hate relation with (mainly because I use my lower back as an honest excuse lol) but we conquered her today 😈 and it was all out of loveee Oh and I couldn’t do it with out my bendy friend here who is quite the motivation! 🖤🥰💪🏼

I loved this park sm. I could probably spend everyday here in a different spot. It’s all so beautiful. I love traveling to new places. You never know what people you are going to meet, the places you’ll see, the sunsets you’ll witness, the feelings you’ll feel, or the shapes your body will be open to doing. I’ve never been up this long on my own! 😁 so I’m happy & really proud of me. If this is just a year into my journey, I can not wait to see what’s in store for years to come 🧡
