**Reminder** there are no classes this weekend. All of our instructors are in California for various reasons so there are no classes today Saturday or tomorrow Sunday. Coach Justin will be back for classes to resume on Monday as a regularly scheduled.

In addition to learning to defend yourself and the confidence that comes with knowing you have that skill, Gracie Jiu Jitsu is also about the community that supports and encourages each other’s growth. That helps carry the struggles and multiplies the joys as we celebrate growth together.

Reminder that our Gracie Women Empowered is being offered this summer Tuesday at 7:15 PM, Thursday night at 6:15 PM, and Saturday at 10 AM! Come join us on the mats!

Announcing some trial changes for the summer. We hope that these changes will make our Gracie Women Empowered classes available to more ladies.

- Tuesday night Gracie Women Empowered is swapping places with Gracie Combatives. Gracie Combatives will now start at 6:15pm and Gracie Women Empowered will start at 7:15pm.

- We are also adding a Saturday morning Gracie Women Empowered class at 10 AM. In order to add this the Gracie Combatives is sliding back to 11 AM.

Just a reminder, we are closed for regular classes today, but we have a 9 AM open mat. Please be safe as you honor those that we commemorate on memorial Day.
