Our 3rd graders put their teamwork and writing skills to work during a fun collaborative discussion of Dear Primo! Students worked in groups to analyze the text, gather evidence, and write thoughtful responses. The lesson ended with a share-out where students confidently shared their ideas and learned from one another. Great conversations, strong writing, and lots of learning! 🌟👏

SAISD schools will operate on a normal schedule Monday, Aug. 31. CPS Energy continues working to restore service, and district teams are actively inspecting campuses to ensure they are safe, operational, and ready to welcome students and staff.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing staff and students for bringing the energy and making our SEBS Pep Rally a success! 💙💛

Shoutout to our awesome skit actors who stole the show, Ms. De Leon, our SEBS Coordinator, for organizing and leading the pep rally, and our incredible MC, Mr. Caballero, for keeping everyone engaged and having fun!

🦺💙 Our Safety Patrols had an amazing first day on the job!

These 5th grade leaders looked proud and professional in their patrol vests as they helped keep our school safe and welcoming for everyone. Their leadership, responsibility, and commitment to serving others are shining examples of what it means to be a Warrior.

A special thank you to Coach English and Coach Candelario for guiding, training, and supporting our patrols as they learn their roles and responsibilities. We are excited to watch these student leaders grow throughout the year!

Our students helped give a warm Warrior welcome to our new teachers by presenting them with beautiful plants from our campus garden!

A special thank you to our amazing librarian for her dedication and care in maintaining our beautiful garden. Because of her hard work, our students were able to share these meaningful gifts and make our newest Warrior teachers feel right at home.
