The girls really loved this one! 😍 Proud of them and how much information they retain for just 3&4 yrs old.

DAY 2 Famous Artists:
KANDINSKY
One of my favorites! We love making Kandinsky‘s “Concentric Circles”!
We painted one on a rock and recreated his original piece using oil pastels. Tomorrow we will finish it with watercolor.

DAY 2: FAMOUS ARTISTS
We had such a peaceful time outside recreating Van Gogh’s still-life “Sunflowers” painting. We listened to classical music to inspire us. I love how they turned out!

FAMOUS ARTISTS:
We kicked off our 2 week famous artists series. Today we learned about Michelangelo, Henry Matisse, and Georges Seurat!
*Michelangelo - Sistine Chapel inspired under table drawing
*Matisse - “The Snail” shape collage
*Seurat - inspired Pointillism technique
