1 on 1 appointment should be utilized for detailed processing orientation and account making purposes. Any inquiry or follow-up must be channeled via FB Messenger (Follow-ups, Data Corrections, Basic Troubleshooting, etc)

Cancellation and Rescheduling must be done 24hrs before the booked appointment.

Purpose should be specified in detail in addition to a drop down selection.

No show will be counted as 1 session consumed
