We currently accept Traditional Medicaid, Superior Star Plus, Molina. Limited Part Time Days are available.

Currently accepting Clients Full Time Monday thru Friday for at least 6 hours per day between the hours 8:00am-4:00pm. Attendance is important and is required.

$40 Activity Fee due at the time of enrollment. We do not provide Transportation. All clients must come by VIA TRANS or Family drop off. Clients are responsible for VIA TRANS Fares. Private Pay available. Level 1 starts at $40 per day for  ...
