Dragon Families,

The Hot Wells PTA is now selling T-shirts for this school year. The T-shirt design is Black with a Blue Dragon on the front as well as the School name. There are multiple sizes ranging from youth small to larger adult sizes. The cost ranges from $15-$20 per shirt.
So, don't miss out on the opportunity for everyone in the family to show your Hot Wells School Spirit. All funds are collected by the PTA only and go directly back into the school to support incentives and initiatives.
This order form has QR codes attached for pre-payments, or you can send your child with the money and order form in an envelope starting tomorrow Friday September 4th.
PTA will be on campus after that only on Fridays this September to collect orders. Orders will be delivered within a week. Extra order forms can be picked up in the main office.

Campus administration visited our school this weekend to walk the facility and ensure we’re ready for school on Monday, Aug. 31. We will begin school at our regular time, and buses will run on established schedules. We will be ready to greet your child with breakfast in the morning.

Hello, Hot Wells Middle School families!
We are excited to begin another great school year and need your help as we prepare to administer our beginning-of-year i-Ready assessments.
We are asking all parents to please make sure your child is at school and on time on Tuesday, September 1st for the i-Ready Reading assessment and again on Thursday, September 3rd for the i-Ready Math assessment.
These assessments are very important because they help our teachers understand exactly what your child already knows, identify areas where they may need additional support, and provide lessons that are just right for them.
You can help your child prepare by making sure they get a good night’s rest, arrive at school on time, and are ready to do their very best. Please remind your child to take their time, not rush, and answer each question carefully. They may see questions they don’t know—and that’s okay! The goal is simply for every student to give their best effort so we receive an accurate picture of their learning.
Again, please make sure your child is at school on Tuesday, September 1st for i-Ready Reading and Thursday, September 3rd for i-Ready Math.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership. Together, we can make this an amazing year at Hot Wells Middle School. Go Dragons!

SAISD schools will operate on a normal schedule Monday, Aug. 31. CPS Energy continues working to restore service, and district teams are actively inspecting campuses to ensure they are safe, operational, and ready to welcome students and staff.

We will provide another update at approximately 6 p.m.

Las escuelas de SAISD operarán en su horario normal el lunes 31 de agosto.
