Our club is made up of Drake High School students and is affiliated with the Rotary Club of Ross Valley. We meet once a week on Tuesdays during lunch and work to serve our local and international community.

This past Sunday the Drake High School Interact Club volunteered at the Marin Foster Care Association Walk-a-thon. This was an amazing way to raise money for a great cause and have a lot of fun. We hope to work with this association for many more years to come.

This Wednesday, the officers of the Interact Club went to the weekly Rotary Club meeting at Arrivederci's, in San Rafael. We ate lunch and talked about what the club will be doing this year. Which includes, fundraising for Shelter Box and working on getting the Presidential Citation Award.

This Sunday on September 11th, the Drake High School Interact Club volunteered at the 14th Annual Fairfax Car Show. The show is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Ross Valley. The students sold raffle tickets to the people at the show. All of this money went towards youth groups in San Anselmo and Fairfax. Everyone had a lot of fun and we can't wait for next year!

On Saturday Sept 13th, 2015, the Drake Interact Club volunteered at the 13th Annual Fairfax Car Show. The car show is sponsored and staffed largely by the Rotary Club of Ross Valley. Members of the Interact Club sold raffle tickets and refreshments, and all the proceeds that were raised were to benefit the Fairfax/ San Anselmo children's youth groups. This year's car show was a success and there were a lot of cool cars on display! It was a lot of fun and a great event!

Being a part of Drake Interact will help you get connected with organizations like be2live. You get to go to orphanages in Mexico and help people, you can play and spend time with the kids and do physical work like helping repair roofs and making walls, you also get hours for community service!!
