The Concho Valley Community Supervision and Corrections Dept. (CSCD) is looking for Social work students interested in the Counselor I or Counselor Intern position. Those graduating from the advanced MSW program would be under the Intern position due to not having enough credits to obtain an LCDC. However, they would need to obtain an LCDC-I. Those graduating from the 2-year track can test for the LCDC exam right away if they choose to.

Behavioral Health Manager
$1000 Sign on Bonus ($500 Upon Hire, $500 after successfully completing 3 months)
The Behavioral Health Care Manager works as part of the multidisciplinary care management team which includes a Registered Nurse Care Manager and Community Health Worker. This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting behavioral health care within the clinic and for coordinating referrals to clinically indicated services outside the clinic. The Behavioral Health Care Manager focuses on engaging patients in their own care through consistent assessment, measurement of progress, outreach, education, and referral management efforts. Patient engagement occurs both in person as well as telephonically.

Education:
• Minimum: Licensed Master Social Worker / Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Work Experience:
• Preferred: At least 2 years of behavioral health experience
Licenses, Certificates or Registration:
• Required: CPR Certification; must possess valid state Driver's license and automobile insurance with reliable transportation. LCSW/LMSW.
