The BOLD Moms

The BOLD Moms Join The BOLD Moms movement supporting moms to live their lives in BOLD. I'm Stephanie Lambert - BOLD Mom Mentor and life coach.

Learn to manage your mind, body and time to pursue your BOLD life essentials guilt-free and happily! I work with dynamic Eastside Washington Stay-At-Home mothers who have put everyone and everything first... who may have lost a bit of themselves along the way. Women who are ready to put themselves and what they want back at the top of their to-do lists. As a stay-at-home mom with two young sons, I

felt like there was no time for me on the long list of to-do's I created for myself. I had lost touch with myself and my priorities for me and my life. Life coaching has taught me how to shed some of the pressure I was feeling in my roles as mom, wife, daughter and sister. I've learned how to reconnect with myself and my needs again. As a BOLD Mom mentor I help my sister Stay-At Home moms do the same for themselves. I offer one-one-one BOLD Mom Mentorship sessions for customized and specific support. I also offer small group BOLD Mom Mastermind classes providing information about how our brains work, how to manage our thinking which determines our life experiences, how to manage our environments, our goals for ourselves our kids and as parents. I also specialize on supporting those of us raising sons through my BOLD Moms of Men focus. Contact me at [email protected] or check out my website at www.theBOLDMoms.com

BOLD Moms - BOLD Kids:

Hey BOLD Moms! I'm back after taking time to write and publish a book called:

YOUR MIND FLASHLIGHT: A User's Guide.

It's a self-help book for your kids and tweens and helps readers understand and harness the power they have over their thoughts, their feelings and their life.

I invite you to check out some testimonials on my website: www.theBOLDMoms.com to get more information about this book.

My goal is to get this in the hands of as many BOLD Moms and their BOLD Kids as possible to help every kid stop feeling like a victim and to start feeling empowered!

BOLD Viewpoint:

Part of a parent's job is to help kids do their best, but pushing too hard can backfire. Research shows kids in high-achieving communities are at higher risk of anxiety, depression and substance use.
