We have only three spaces left before these two creative Nia, Horse and Art playshops are sold out! Nia principles with horses go hand in hand (or hand in hoof?)! Ultimately we get to dance with them. The information you will receive by being with our horses will open doors to new ways of playing with energy. The next day we get to dance and journal then create life-sized personal Chakra art scrolls. Experimental, fun, inspiring and supportive! No Nia or horse experience necessary! Nia, Chakras and Art: A expressive, relaxing and playful day - bursting with movement and art! Perfect reflection for following the Nia and Horses One Day Immersion or take it all on its own. I am offering two days this summer - both following the Nia and Horses One Day Immersions, Sunday, July 9th and Sunday. July 16th. Special price if you take both days.

Spend a full, creatively expressive day this summer at Blue Heron Ranch Moving Arts with Nia 2nd Degree Black Belt and professional artist/illustrator/arts educator, Randee Fox in a relaxing PlayShop designed to explore and deepen the relationship with your seven Chakra Energy Centers.

Through play, introspection and creativity we will dance a full and energetic Nia routine in our Chakras. Then we will enjoy a 'paint out' together as we paint, draw and collage our life sized chakra masterpieces together. High quality 100 percent rag paper and professional art supplies will be provided. Details of my art studio on the ranch - when it’s clean! It’s normally a fun mess when I am in art making process! This has been my main studio for 20 years! It’s also a dance studio with a great sprung floor where I have offered Nia Education and community classes for 18 years (except Covid years) so I take cake of the air with filtering and ventilation and use very little toxic substances.
