Have you ever tried deep breathing using your diaphragm?
Give this practice a go, and feel the calm wash over you while stress leaves your body.
- Sit or lay down and place a hand on your belly and the other on your chest
- Take a big breath in slowly through your nose, pressing your belly and chest out as your fill with air
- Exhale through your mouth feeling your belly and chest fall
- Repeat a few times π

Foster resilience and calm your body's response to stress with mindfulness skills like alternate nostril breathing!
Known in Sanskrit as NadΔ« Shodhana, alternate nostril breathing is known in yoga and meditation practices for promoting inner balance and focus.
π Close your mouth and inhale through your nose while covering 1 nostril.
π Cover the other nostril and exhale through your nose.
That's it! Repeat for a couple of minutes while sitting comfortably.
