Edible Books Contest

Join SLCC Library Services for the Edible Books Contest, a delicious celebration of creativity and literacy at Salt Lake Community College! Cake decorating students from the Gail Miller Business School's Culinary Institute will present cakes inspired by popular books. Guest judging and tasting will take place from 10 - 11:15 a.m., followed by People’s Choice voting and tasting from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Free cake samples will be available while they last!
