This is the place for Westminster students to get active in environmental things both on campus and around the community.

The Environmental Justice Team is excited to announce the release of a sticker! All you need to do to get a sticker is donate any amount to one of the Environmental Justice Organizations listed at the end of this post and send your receipt to [email protected]. Follow the link below for full details on the process.

The sticker design, created by Zoey Kourianos, is inspired by an environmental justice advocate named Mike Ewall & how he outlines why environmental equity is different from environmental justice. Whereas environmental equity would say “poison all people equally,” environmental justice calls for a total cessation of environmental poisoning. This sticker is intended to promote discussions in our campus community and to raise awareness about important issues like environmental racism, ecocide, and colonialism.
