Our program provides the support, mentoring, and education needed to be better prepared to move on to the next level of athletic competition.

Novo Motivational Coaching matches adolescent athletes with college athlete mentors that will help them navigate the process of moving from high school to playing at the next level. Novo Motivational coaching focuses on the individual areas needed by our clients to be successful and continue their athletic participation as long as possible.
