Hey Everyone! Thanks for visiting the Heart Guard page. Here is what we are about:

Heart Guard is a community network organization, supported and hosted by the Utah Pride Center, facilitating events for those who are seeking knowledge, support and resources on sexual, emotional, and mental health development. We strive to provide access to educational classes lead by licensed, experienced professionals along with group discussions to build a healthier understanding of topics and promote group support for local alternative lifestyle communities.

Heart Guard pulls from many facets of the current sex-positive community to create a neutral environment that is welcoming to all for the safe and effective communication of personal struggles that are shared throughout.

Heart Guard board members are advocates! We are not therapists, nor a crisis response team. We provide support by means of information to professional, sex-positive lifestyle resources for individuals to begin to take control of their own unique lifestyle.

TL/DR: Our Mission Statement is to advocate for the sexual, emotional and mental health of community members by providing free, accessible education by licensed, experienced professionals.
