The University of Utah Bands are comprised of the Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, and Marching Utes.
Wind Ensemble (UWE):
The Wind Ensemble includes a personnel list of approximately 50 musicians who perform a diverse range of repertoire. This group is dedicated to the performance of quality wind repertoire, regardless of period or disposition of instrumental forces. UWE performs music ranging from works requiring as few as eight players to personnel who form a full wind band. Flexible instrument

Come support our students as they prepare to perform at the CBDNA - College Band Directors National Association Western/Northwestern Division Conference! Featuring works of McTee, Zhou, Daugherty, Lyons, and Husa, the University Wind Ensemble will leave in a few weeks to perform at University of Nevada, Reno in this prestigious conference. Listen to these great works on Tuesday March 3rd, before we hit the road.
