Tips for Better Sleep
• Stick to a Schedule: Go to bed and wake up at the same time daily, even on weekends.
• Create a Sleep-Friendly Environment: Keep the bedroom dark, quiet, and cool (about 65°F).
• Limit Stimulants and Alcohol: Avoid caffeine after midday and alcohol close to bedtime.
• Wind Down: Establish a relaxing pre-sleep routine, such as reading or meditating.
• Limit Screens: Avoid screens at least an hour before bed.
• Exercise: Regular physical activity promotes better sleep, but avoid vigorous exercise close to bedtime.
