Kayden Petersen-Craig was one of the earliest graduates of Park City Culinary Institute—and one of the most inspiring. After attending school in a wheelchair following a spinal cord injury, he refused to let his circumstances define his future.

He went on to open a restaurant, give back to his community, and uplift others through his work and leadership.

Today, as he courageously battles cancer, we are honored to carry his legacy forward.
