Arts Night Volunteers Needed!

Arts Night runs on the incredible volunteers of our Highland Park school community, and we need your help to make this special night a success!

Volunteer shifts are just 1 hour, and no prep is needed — simply show up ready to help. All supplies and instructions will be provided.

Your support helps create a fun, memorable evening for our students and families while raising funds for programs that directly benefit Highland Park students.

Arts Night Pre-sale tickets are available at a discounted rate now through April 17. After that date, tickets will only be available for purchase at the event.

Our goal is to raise $80 per student, 100% of funds raised directly supports Highland Park students!

Food trucks (J Dawgs!!!) and silent auction/classroom project purchases do not accept tickets and require a valid form of payment (cash, card, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal).

Selected students will perform short (3–5 minute) pop-up performances during Arts Night.

Option 1 – Live Audition

Sign up for a time slot on the sheet outside Ms. Garff’s classroom door.
Students: come by and claim your audition time today!

Option 2 – Video / Audio Submission
Submit a short recording of your performance.

Get ready, HP community! Arts Night is happening soon!

Join us on Friday, April 24 from 5–8 PM at Highland Park Elementary for one of the most exciting nights of the year. Arts Night is our annual fundraiser and a celebration of the creativity, talent, and awesomeness of our students.

Every dollar raised goes directly back to our school, supporting programs and enrichment opportunities that make a real difference, including K–3 Music, classroom resources, and schoolwide enrichment. Our goal this year is to raise $80 per student, and when our community shows up, amazing things happen.

Tickets
Pre-sale tickets are available March 30 – April 17. After that, tickets can be purchased at the event. (Details on how to purchase tickets will be made available soon)

Tickets are used as currency at the event for the bake sale, basket drawings, snack shack, student market, and activities.
Please note: Food trucks and Silent Auction/Classroom Project purchases require standard forms of payment.

Grade Level Themed Baskets
Each grade is collecting donations to create a themed basket that families can enter tickets toward for a chance to take home. Donations are already being accepted.

We Need You
Arts Night runs entirely on volunteers. We truly cannot make this event happen without our incredible HP community.

You can help by donating Silent Auction items, contributing to your grade’s basket, donating baked goods, assisting with class projects, and signing up to volunteer during the event (SignUpGenius coming late March).

Everyone is invited. Bring your family and friends and be part of this special night that directly supports our students!
