“a day in the life of” … this woman doesn’t have time to film 🎥 those, but a quick note my mornings are not perfectly curated

The only way I’ve figured out how to get ME in is to wake up at 4:30 am

I brush my teeth 🪥
Hit the treadmill I have set up at home at the back of my closet (30 min) — this is STRATEGIC … I hit steps early so I don’t stress on the back end
Then it’s water, breakfast 🍳 & coffee ☕️

Ladies we can’t skip breakfast … especially as high performing working professionals .. you need this FUEL ⛽️

I’ll work out @ 7 am but today I skipped because I had a colonoscopy & endoscopy yesterday afternoon … no big deal 😂 good news is I’m fine 🙂 but that 36 hour fast was NO JOKE

Today was picture day … for my daughter so I’m crimping her hair, doing all the things … it’s a dance 💃

& now I’m in the office … that’s just the morning not even the DAY

As a business owner, I’ve learned that it’s critical to build a repeatable routine … and it starts by prioritizing myself first

Waking up early and getting ME in* has been a game changer

Hope this helps you if you’re struggling OR if you think I’ve got it all together … these skills took years to develop and half the battle was in my head

I didn’t believe I deserved the time or it would be selfish for me to prioritize myself … but prioritizing yourself doesn’t mean you’re taking away from others; on the contrary!

♥️

Happy Belated Birthday 🎂 to my babba … just got back from a whirlwind 🇬🇧 London trip to celebrate him and reunite with my aunts, uncles and cousins who all flew in from Sweden.

… will do a photo dump soon (when I get a free minute 😅 I really need to get better at diversifying my content to show you all the aspects of LIFE as a female founder, business owner, CEO, wife, mother … daughter)

So today … I want to honor my father because the story begins with him

A little boy whose pursuit began out of a need to survive … and a young man who found the courage to leave his homeland in Iraq as an Assyrian … and make the bet to come to America 🇺🇸

What a privilege to be born his daughter … be raised with the work ethic that never leaves your bones … he has taught me greatness is a pursuit … the pursuit of pushing yourself, and being bold enough to GO GET WHAT’S YOURS

His examples teaches me to be relentless … and never give up

Focus on journey … you will eventually arrive at your destination or at least have quite the RIDE on the path ***

Happy 71st! You look fabulous ♥️ what’s his hair protocol? We’re all wondering … jkjk

You need business insurance, NDAs, and tight contracts. Running a business means acquiring risk. Protecting yourself is part of the job.

Not all investor money is created equal. Who you take it from matters as much as how much you take. Before you give away equity make sure you actually need the funding and that the trade is worth it.

Men who want to control women do not want them to be smart or independent. That is why they come for women like us in the comments.

08/29/2026

Every woman needs a lifestyle operations manager. The environment is everything, and being surrounded by other entrepreneurs is a great investment.

08/28/2026

Staying home and raising children full-time is no easier than building a business. Both have value. Both are contributing. One is not better than the other.

08/27/2026

Women bringing me down in the comments is actually pretty rare. It is more men, and that is shocking. The sexism on the internet is real. I am who I am, and that is not changing.

Do not hire a marketing agency that has not done the thing they are trying to do for you. Do it for yourself first. Then you have my attention.

Betting on an entrepreneur is a high risk game. Only go in if you are comfortable with the odds.
