We were lucky enough to have some Skyline graduates walk our halls and show us what our students can achieve, yesterday. Good luck to all the graduates and we wish you well with all your futures have in store!

Our family picnic today was a blast! We had a hawk handler come teach us about hawks and then our top fundraising students got to turn Ms. Anderson into an ice cream sundae. Thank you to our wonderful families for joining in on the fun today!!
Upland Terrace Art Night was a huge success!! Thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who helped throughout this process. We’ve created and collected art all year and last night was our celebration of all that hard work.
Where’d all these red feathers come from?! It’s Talon! Our silly school mascot who was on the loose yesterday. Talon is a red-tailed hawk and he loves welcoming students at Upland Terrace.

Our amazing Ms. Camille was nominated for the special education spotlight teacher of the month. She is so wonderful and we’re so proud that other people have noticed. Camille creates a welcoming environment where every student feels safe, valued, and loved just as they are. We’re so lucky to have her at Upland!

We have had quite the week! Our school musical, Finding Nemo was adorable as always, our Lego Leaguers competed and our 5th graders made weekend food kits for students in need. We collected over a thousand items of food during Souper Bowl of Caring and then packaged over 200 weekend food kits. Our Upland Terrace community is absolutely incredible!

Our Lego Leaguers participated in a scrimmage today with Driggs and Oakwood elementary. They presented their projects and practiced their robots. These are some smart kiddos! Thanks to Mrs. Black and Mrs. Barfuss for bringing Lego League to Upland Terrace. What an exciting adventure!
To cap off spirit week, our principals for the day were silly stringed by our student leadership team. We earned “silly string the principal” by raising over $20,000 at our school carnival in the fall. And spirit week is when we celebrate all of our carnival earnings. Thanks PTA for always bringing the fun!
Indoor snowball fight day was a blast! Our students earned this party for exhibiting the Graduate of Granite characteristics for the whole second quarter. Way to go students!
