The ties that bind. Last night two Phis, Ron Richards (Utah ’88) and Ian Linden (Utah ’89) met up in Boston to catch-up, swap stories and perhaps even a few lies. This truly demonstrates that Phi Delta Theta is a Fraternity for Life.

As we gather with family and friends this weekend for backyard parties, barbecues, and the like, let us not fail to remember and honor all of those, including Phis, families and friends, who have served and paid the ultimate price for the cause of freedom through their service in the United States Armed Forces. Thank you.

Brother Stiles Dichter (Utah ’27) has been very active on campus. He is majoring in Finance and is currently the President of the Fintech Club at the University of Utah, where he leads a group of over 100 members and organize events with industry professionals, including guest speakers from fintech companies. He worked at Morgan Stanley last summer as a Wealth Management Intern, where he focused on investment research, client strategy, and presentation delivery. He will also be returning to Morgan Stanley again this summer to continue building on that experience. Stiles was recently part of a successful ASUU election ticket where he served as the Marketing Coordinator. Through that role, he worked closely on campaign strategy and messaging and now sits on the core committee alongside the ASUU President. And on top of that he recently started working as a Proof of Concept Engineer at Jump (Advisor AI). In this role, he researches new technologies, builds prototype systems, and evaluates new product ideas, especially around AI-driven products. Congrats Stiles on all of your success and involvement at the U.
