It’s been a minute, so let’s run it back with a quick reintroduction 👏🏽 New season, Same ol’ Losa (just with a little more businesses 🤦🏽‍♀️ , coaching a boys 🏐 team and most definitely more blessings 🙏🏽😅).

Name’s Losaline, but everyone calls me Losa (Low-Sah if you’re tryna be proper 😌). Named after my paternal grandma who’s from the Kingdom of 🇹🇴, I’m the oldest of 7, born in Tonga, raised in Hawai’i 🌴 (age 6), Cali 🏖️ (age 11), and Utah 🏔️ (age 13). So yeah… I’m basically from everywhere 😂

🏐 I took a volleyball scholarship to BYU-Hawaii, and that one decision changed my life forever… That’s where I met my Laie boy , who stole my ♥️ … and whelp, fast forward, we’ve been married for 14 years now 🤍

💍 We’ve built a beautiful life: raising our daughter (our 🌍), earning our degrees 🧑🏾‍🎓 👩🏽‍🎓 in Exercise and Sports Science (Focus in Kinesiology for me, Business for him), and turning vision into legacy.

📈 Now we’re building, literally and financially:
🛠️ We own a construction company: .generalcontractor.utah
🏡 And we run a real estate & property management company: .propertygroups

We’re all about faith, family, and financial freedom, helping Polynesian families break out of the paycheck-to-paycheck cycle and start building generational wealth 💰

I’m beyond proud of the Mavae Family and their determination! Life happened, and sometimes we’d pause our classes—but each time they came back, they returned stronger and more focused. By the third time, they were ready to put in the work and apply everything they’d learned. And they didn’t just meet their goals—they crushed them!

In just one day, they paid off over $10K in debt, increased their limits on multiple cards, increased cash flow (even with job changes/life changes) and still managed to save money! This family is setting up a brighter future, and I couldn’t be prouder.

Huge shoutout to the Barton Family! Their hardwork and efforts showed with each class we had. Literally would get he homework I assigned seconds after finishing up our class 😂

You determine your destiny and how far you want to go/succeed! And they put in the work, graduating to 101 course in a matter of weeks, and paying off little debt they had and initially leveraging capital they gained.
