Freshmen finished reading the Class of 2023’s book, “Long Way Down” last week—it was a great way to bring social/emotional learning into our classrooms! The book ends with a question, and these kids wrote responses in the form of a final chapter.

Honoring our wonderful custodial staff on National Custodian Appreciation Day!

Last week freshmen used their math skills to determine the square footage of West, along with the number of classrooms, offices, restrooms and other spaces in the school. Next, they listed everything that would need to be cleaned in these spaces...All in preparation for the upcoming National Custodian Appreciation Day!
