& loving myself a little bit more everyday.
Some days it’s growth, some days it’s grace… and some days it’s just showing up and doing your best.

I am allowed to refuse what my tired heart cannot carry anymore. 🩷
Sis, here’s your gentle reminder that you are allowed to say no. You’re allowed to set something down that has been wearing out your spirit. If your heart is tired, that’s not weakness. That is your soul politely tapping you on the shoulder and saying, “Honey, we’re done carrying this nonsense.”
So today, release the guilt, the over explaining, and the habit of saying yes when every cell in your body is screaming no. Protect your peace like it is designer and expensive, because honestly it is. Now say it with me: I am allowed to refuse what my tired heart cannot carry anymore.
If you agree, affirm it below. 💗

If something keeps rubbing your spirit the wrong way, take that as your sign to set it down and walk away with your head held high. You are not required to carry every relationship, every expectation, or every story that drains you. Your peace isn’t a discount item, so don’t treat it like one.
Letting go doesn’t make you weak. It makes you wise. It means you’ve decided that your energy, your joy, and your sanity matter more than forcing anything that doesn’t fit. Trust yourself. When your spirit says no, believe it. 🙌🏽 And when you let it go, make room for what actually feels right. You deserve that. 🩷
