We had so much fun doing the Sāsā with the 3rd and 4th grade families at Promontory School last night with BTS Arts teacher and ArtsConnect International Alumni Sandy Christensen. The students did a great job teaching their families and learning together about Sāmoan culture.

4th Students at Bountiful Elementary are learning the Sāmoan Sāsā with Dr. Rebecca Penerosa and Saumani Penerosa as part of an artist-in-residence program in partnership with Davis school district and BTS Arts. Students experience learning standards in social studies, music, and dance in this unit and also find so much joy!
