Pleasure-positive parenting begins with honest conversations.🥰

Tomorrow is Mother’s Day, and I’m reflecting on one of the greatest gifts I’ve given my children: honest, open, and shame-free conversations about s*x, love, consent, pleasure and connection.

As a s*xologist, s*x and relationship coach and mother, I’ve made it my mission to break the cycles of silence and stigma — not just for my clients, but for my own family.

Because raising s*xually healthy, emotionally intelligent humans begins at home.

S*x education isn’t a “one talk and done” moment — it’s a lifelong invitation to know your body, trust your instincts, honor your boundaries and embrace your desires.

To mother is to nurture, and I believe that includes nurturing curiosity, safety and self-worth — especially in the realm of intimacy.

Here’s to raising a new generation that doesn’t have to unlearn shame to reclaim their pleasure.
