Let’s talk about the elephant in the room.
S*x coaching is often dismissed as “not legitimate.” And honestly…I understand why.
There are people in this space who blur ethical lines and move away from evidence-based work - and that impacts how all of us are seen.
But that’s not my work.
My foundation is in marriage and family therapy, kinesiology and gerontology, and I practice through a biopsychosocial model - grounded in science, psychology and relational health.
I trained in s*xology through S*x Coach University, founded by pioneer, Dr. Patti Britton, because of its rigor, ethics and depth.
And I continue to hold myself to a high standard:
I’m a member of ISSWSH and serve on the Education Committee, and I’m currently enrolled in Harvard Medical School’s Women’s Health and Wellness program.
Because this work matters.
S*xual health is health.
Relational health is health.
And it deserves to be approached with integrity, education and care.
If you’ve ever questioned s*x coaching…I invite you to look again.
Some of us are doing this work with real training, real intention and a deep commitment to doing no harm.
And we’re helping to lead the field forward!

Women’s s*xual health is shaped by a dynamic interplay between hormones, brain and the nervous system.
Desire, arousal and pleasure are not simply psychological experiences - they are deeply physiological.
Stress physiology, nervous system regulation and hormonal shifts all influence how a woman experiences connection, sensation and responsiveness.
Understanding this changes the conversation.
From self-judgment → to self-awareness.
From frustration → to compassion.
From confusion → to clarity.
Grateful to Rising Health for the opportunity to speak about these essential and often misunderstood aspects of women’s health

What if pleasure wasn’t indulgent…
What if it was essential?
Part I of Awakened & Alive begins with a simple but radical idea:
✨ Pleasure is a practice.
Not performance.
Not pressure.
Not perfection.
Just presence. Curiosity. Choice.
This workshop is for women ready to reconnect with their bodies, rebuild self-trust and say yes to feeling more alive…right where they are.

🌿 Leave more connected than you arrived

✨ Last Friday’s Sensual Salon intro workshop at Continuum left me feeling deeply grateful, energized and proud. ✨
Six incredible women showed up: curious, engaged, hungry for knowledge and open to conversation. Most were navigating perimenopause and menopause, one was a new mama with a one-year-old… and every single one brought honesty, insight and vulnerability into the room.
I didn’t even touch my notes.
And honestly? That felt huge for me.
The conversation flowed so naturally, from sensuality and pleasure into safety, presence and connection…exactly how this work is meant to unfold. It wasn’t forced. It was embodied. Real. Human.
We talked about:
• Rediscovering sensuality at different life stages
• Body image & confidence
• Communication
• Feeling at home in our bodies again
Time flew by. One full hour disappeared in what felt like minutes. We only had space for the chocolate meditation (next time we’ll go deeper 😉), but the depth of conversation was everything.
Hearing them reflect afterward: how supported they felt, how meaningful the experience was reminded my why I do this work:
✨When we follow our calling, the right people find us.✨
There’s already interest in:
• Couples work
• Perimenopause-focused conversations
• Future workshops
• Book club collaborations
And yes… I’ll be following up. 💌
What stayed with me most?
The reminder that sensuality and pleasure are not separate from safety, presence and connection: they’re woven together.
Especially our relationship with ourselves.
This was a great session.
And I’m just getting started. 🔥
If you’re curious about upcoming workshops, drop a 💖 or DM me, I’d love to connect.

✨ A New Year. A New Way to Come Home to Yourself. ✨
What if the way you begin this new year isn’t about fixing yourself…
but about listening to yourself?

• The core themes of safety, presence, and connection
• Tools you can bring into everyday life
• A supportive, consent-centered environment
