Spirit, student support makes Olene Walker Elementary the 'Cool School of the Week' Olene Walker Elementary School is headed into the holiday break with full hearts, full backpacks, and a whole lot of school pride — which is why they are our Cool School of the Week.

Our para, Rebecca, was recognized for supporting all students with care and patience. She supports our reading groups, our special education students and greets kids every day during breakfast. She was awarded with the WGU Para Excellence Award. Thank you, for having an enormous impact on our students. 💙🐺👍
