I had the most incredible weekend celebrating 40 years around the sun ☀️✨

Honestly, it was the perfect group. The kind of group where you just know God knew exactly what He was doing when He brought everyone together. 💫

There was vulnerability, authenticity, intention… and a whole lot of laughs and adventure along the way. 🤍🌄

Grateful honestly feels like an understatement when I think about the people in my life who show up for me the way they do. My heart is very, very full. 🫶🏼

Extra grateful for this season. 🎄❤️

The truth is… you have to live with you every single day — and for most people, that’s the hardest part.

Finding confidence in your own skin… loving yourself through the messy, the not-perfect, the “oh my God, I can’t believe I did that” moments… that’s real inner work.

At some point you have to look in the mirror and know: I am enough as I am.
Not because you proved anything.
Not because you earned your worth.
But because your worth was never something you had to chase.

We’re taught that if we just do X, Y, Z… we’ll finally feel better. But I’ve watched people chase that their whole lives — and still feel hollow. Because nothing outside of you can fill the places you avoid inside of you.

Personal development changed my life. Goals matter. Growth matters.
But believing something outside of you will “complete” you?
That’s the lie. The illusion. The mirage.

Breathwork changed everything for me because it brought me inward.
Not talking.
Not performing.
Just me meeting myself on a subconscious level — healing patterns I didn’t even know were running my life.

I look at this picture now and I see a woman who’s confident in her skin, okay with the messy, not afraid to be seen, and deeply rooted in her worth. And that is enough.

Seven years ago today was my first day of sobriety.

My life had become unmanageable.
