Dino half conquered.🦖 Medal earned.🏅Legs extinct.☄️

It’s been a goal of mine for some time now to run another half marathon. Running the Dino Half felt so daunting to me being 10 months postpartum, but I’m so proud to say that I did it!🤭

Two things I will forever cherish from this race:

1. Crossing the finish line with my baby in my arms. That extra weight added at the end was not easy, but it gave me that much more determination to cross the finish line. I will do anything for my boy, I hope he always knows that.

2. Participating in the race with my Husband. Although I couldn’t keep up with those long legs of his, sharing the experience with him afterwards was more rewarding than a medal. 🫶💕

I’m so thankful for all my friends who ran it with us! The Dino Half may have gone extinct this year, but these memories will live on!
