Coming soon to RSS! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We’re excited to share that Catawba College, Rowan-Salisbury School System, and the Blanche and Julian Robertson Family Foundation are partnering to bring a new track and field facility to the J.H. Knox Intermediate School campus!

The new facility will feature an eight-lane track, field event areas, and new public restrooms, creating expanded opportunities for students and athletes across our community to learn, compete, and excel. 💙🌟

We’re grateful for this incredible partnership and the investment it represents in our students and community. We look forward to seeing this vision come to life, with completion anticipated next fall!

Trojans, gear up for a great week at J.H. Knox. We are ready to RISE together as we settle into a strong rhythm. As we begin our third week of school, students and staff are learning routines, supporting one another, and getting down to the important work of teaching and learning.

Each day brings new opportunities to grow, build connections, and make this school year a meaningful one. We are proud of the flexibility, teamwork, and positive energy our J.H. Knox community continues to show! 💙

Happy Second Week of School! Our first week was exciting. A new building. A new Trojan Family. A new world to learn to navigate.

We are thankful to our students and families for their patience as we worked to get things going. We will continue to build the foundations this week and put solid expectations into practice for a great 2026-2027 school year! We hope to RISE each day to build the best experience for our students!
