🐄 Food for America 2026! 🐄

Last Friday, Salisbury FFA had the opportunity to host Salisbury Elementary and St. Joseph Catholic School for a hands-on look at agriculture!

Our students helped showcase all that agriculture has to offer, from livestock and machinery to interactive activities that brought learning to life. Elementary students got to see and learn about a variety of agricultural animals and equipment, experience a milking simulator, and learn about the importance of grain bin safety with the help of our local fire department.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the day possible! We loved getting to share agriculture with the next generation!

The Salisbury FFA Trap Team had another great day on the range at the 2026 MYSSA Fall Classic! These shooters represented our chapter well and put up some great scores!

🎯 Zane Estes – 94
🎯 Wesley Harris – 92
🎯 Ethan Moore – 90
🎯 Aidan Farnen – 86
🎯 Hayden Ramsey – 81

That gives the team a total score of 443!

🎯 Salisbury FFA Takes 1st at the Area Trap Shoot! 🥇

Today, the Salisbury FFA Trap Team traveled to Prairie Grove to compete in the Area Trap Shoot, where they brought home 1st place with a team score of 228! 🎉

Another great day for the Salisbury FFA Trap Team!

Today, the Salisbury FFA Trap Team traveled to Prairie Grove to compete in the Centralia FFA Alumni Trap Shoot. Our shooters had another strong showing and represented Salisbury FFA well!

Our Top 5 shooters for the day were:

Ethan Moore — 45
Grady Harmon — 44
Nolan Manson — 44

One of the things we love most about teaching shop is getting to watch our students surprise themselves with what they’re capable of.

This girl has absolutely impressed us. She’s been laying welds like a PRO and has picked up on things that take a lot of practice and patience. Watching her confidence grow as she works has been so fun to see.

Keep it up, girl. You're doing something pretty dang cool! 🤘🏼
