Rowan County ESL
This lovely rural area is about 40 miles from Charlotte. The 2010 census said there are 12,000 households where English is not the primary language spoken. At RCCC North Campus ESL we have served people from Honduras, Thailand, El Salvador, China, Mexico, Laos, Colombia and Vietnam. We are partnering with Rowan Salisbury Schools to bring ESL classes to parents. We want to grow. How can we better serve the community?
