This is the fourth consecutive year for "Peace in the Park," in Salisbury. It will be on Saturday, September 22nd from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
Peace in the Park" is actually part of a much bigger celebration held around the world every year on September 21st. This is the UN's International Day of Peace and Nonviolence. It all started with an epiphany on the part of a young filmmaker, Jeremy Gilley. Gilley's idea was that we should have an international day of peace and nonviolence, and by that he meant a total ceasefire. He worked for tw
