The Salisbury School of Music offers private and group instruction in vocal and instrumental music for all ages, and classes in a variety of music topics. All music classes emphasize music theory along with technique in order to develop the "whole" musician. Our instructors are professional musicians and experienced music teachers, most with advanced degrees in music. We also encourage student tea

chers and usually place them with beginning students. And unlike most music schools, the Salisbury School of Music offers a fun, energetic environment in a casual, studio setting in downtown Salisbury. We believe music lessons should be something our students look forward to! A private music school, the Salisbury School of Music is located on the second floor of the historic Meroney Theater, 213 S. Artistic Director is Marc Hoffman.

This is the piano that was in our home when I was growing up. I spent thousands of hours at this lovely old baby grand practicing repertoire, and writing my first pieces. I'm afraid it will need to move to a new home soon.
