The Salisbury School is pleased to recognize the Meeks family for their generous support of the Lower School Campaign as sponsors of the Lower School Library.

The Lower School Campaign will bring meaningful updates to the spaces where our youngest students learn, read, imagine, and grow. The Meeks familyโ€™s gift reflects a deep and meaningful connection to TSS.

Mrs. Margy Meeks served as the school librarian for 17 years, helping nurture a love of reading and learning in generations of Salisbury students. Her sons, Andrew and Adam, are both alumni of The Salisbury School. Andrew is a member of the Class of 1996 and Adam (pictured) is a member of the Class of 1999. Today, the familyโ€™s connection to Salisbury continues as Margyโ€™s grandchildren attend the Lower School.

We are grateful to the Meeks family for their generosity and for helping support a space that will continue to inspire curiosity, connection, and a love of learning for years to come.

Looking for something to do this weekend?

Be sure to check out rising TSS senior Holden Ospital in The Community Players of Salisburyโ€™s production of 1776!

Holden most recently starred in our All-School Musical, Anastasia, and weโ€™re always excited to see our students sharing their talents beyond campus. This production also features a number of familiar faces from the TSS community, including alumni, parents, grandparents, and members of the local theater community who regularly support our school musicals.

At The Salisbury School, we believe the arts donโ€™t stop at the classroom door. Our students grow through opportunities both on campus and throughout the community, and weโ€™re proud to see Holden continuing to pursue his passion for theater this summer.

The Salisbury School is pleased to recognize the Allen and Dyer family for their generous support of the Lower School Campaign as sponsors of the 4th Grade Classroom.

The Lower School Campaign will thoughtfully refresh the spaces where our youngest students learn and grow each day. Given in honor of Richard and Nancy Allen, this gift reflects a long and meaningful connection to TSS. Richard โ€œDickโ€ Allen was the first and founding Chairman of The Salisbury School Board of Trustees, beginning a legacy of leadership that has continued for three generations of the Allen family.

Mrs. Ann Allen formerly taught in the Upper School, and Mr. Gil Allen previously served as Board Chair. Their children, Gil and Kate, are both alumni of The Salisbury School; Kate now serves as an English and Music teacher, and Gil currently serves as Board Chair. Their grandchildren continue the familyโ€™s legacy as students at TSS.

We are grateful to the Allen and Dyer family for their commitment to the Lower School and for helping support a space where students will continue to learn and grow for years to come.
