King’s Kids’ first garden is really growing! 🌱🍅🌶️ It is absolutely beautiful, and it must look beautiful to our neighbors, too!
Unfortunately, we are missing our sage and cucumber plants, but we’re not going to let that take away from our excitement. I am so proud of our preschool class for taking such good care of our garden! We are growing tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, mint, lemon plants, squash, and beautiful flowers. 🌿🌸
Our mint and lemon leaves smell so good! The staff is even planning to use some of the fresh mint leaves in their tea. ☕🌿
And look at those flowers—they are getting ready to bloom again! We may have gotten a late start, but we are growing and ready!
Oh, and that BIG plant growing on the ground? 😂 We think whoever took the sage and cucumber plants may have dropped the squash plants—but we really don’t know! Somehow, they jumped right out of the raised garden bed and started growing in the ground! 😂 And yes, there are two of them!
The rain and sunshine have really done something wonderful with our plants. They are growing everywhere, and the flowers are budding, too! 🌧️☀️🌱
King’s Kids Early Learning Center’s first garden is a success, and we are so proud of our preschoolers! 💚
From the classroom to the garden—our children are learning, growing, and watching their hard work produce something beautiful! 🌱❤️
